Pierre's role at Evolving Web is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating with team members, communicating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring Evolving Web quality standards are met. In the past, Pierre has worked as an intern architect before transitioning to project management with a focus in tech. He has worked in process development and improvement; product development; virtual event management; and project management consultation.
