Olha has worked as project manager on several large and small-scale projects. She has managed projects from beginning to end, ensuring all activities were well-planned, documented, and completed on time. She has experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, identifying and managing risks and barriers, and using agile metrics to track and report on team performance and delivery. She champions continuous improvement across our projects and processes.
