Here is the description for Jose Morais’s talk: The frequency of falls and its consequences in older adults are considered a public health issue. Exercise is the most effective way to prevent falls. We developed SAFE, for Seniors Adult Fitness Exercises, a free web-based program of falls prevention through appropriate video exercises for older adults at risks of falls. They can navigate the exercises to adapt to their needs and progress. SAFE also provides information and resources regarding the health and well-being of seniors.
